PROCEDURE

Step 1: Order online

• Choose your style
• Choose the size
• Choose your support
• Send your pictures

If you want to add other pictures send them by email and add your name and first name as the object of the email. If you hesitate between several pictures you can send them to us and we will advice you.

Choose your payment method (PayPal or credit card).

Step 2: Confirmation of your order

You will be contacted as soon as we have received your order to confirm it.

Step 3: photo designing

• We design your pictures in your selected style.
• We send you a preview for your validation. Validation have to occur within 24 hours.

Step 4: Delivery of your portrait

You will receive your order within 7 to 10 business days from the time we receive your photo and payment. Delivery costs are directly calculated when you place your order for the continental US.

All our art is professionally packaged before leaving our premises. We want you to receive your artwork as it leaves here, all our stretched artworks are shipped in boxes and bubble wrap. For the poster, the Print will be sent in a plastic protective cover and a strong hard backed envelope / tube.

Shipping and handling charges are to cover the cost of packaging and shipping of your print(s). The shipping price is based on an order's subtotal amount.
Orders shipped to addresses in the continental United States are shipped via UPS Ground shipping. The average production schedule is 1 to 3 business and transit time averages between 1 and 6 business days, dependent upon final destination. See chart above.
